What cheese choice says about Aussies

New market research shows that three quarters of Australian shoppers buy cheese each month, with block cheeses alone accounting for more than half of the market.

According to Roy Morgan Research, In an average month, 76% of grocery buyers pick at least one kind of cheese, including sliced and soft cheeses, spreads and snacks.

Given the wide range of cheese categories, it makes sense that each one would attract different types of consumers. The findings indicate that this is certainly the case.
