Michel Nalet is president at the European Dairy Association (EDA) and director of communication at French dairy giant, Lactalis.
"Michel Nalet not only changed the way the dairy industry communicates in Brussels, but also the thinking behind it," said his nominator.
"He really lives his credo: a dairy farmers needs a processing industry as much as the processing industry needs the dairy farmers."
